Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Capricorn SaaS LLC ("we", "us") collects through its products, why, and who processes it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
1. What we collect
Threadspage (threadspage.com)
- Purchases. At checkout, Stripe collects your email address, name and payment details. We receive your email, a Stripe customer ID, the amount and currency, and whether you accepted the purchase terms (and which version). We never receive your full card number.
- Activation. The GitHub username you enter, which we use to invite you to the private code repository on GitHub, and the status of that invitation.
- Emails. We send onboarding and purchase-related emails to your email address.
- Terminal AI. If you ask the AI assistant on threadspage.com a question, your question is sent to Anthropic to generate the answer. The question, the answer and your IP address may also be sent to our private Discord or Slack channel so we can monitor misuse and answer quality. We do not store these conversations in our database.
- Usage. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit request rates. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics collects usage data through cookies. A cookie remembers your language choice.
cord.land (cord.land)
- Account. Your email address and password (stored only in hashed form), or your Google account details if you sign in with Google; your display name, profile, bio and social links.
- Your content and activity. Chord sheets you create, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows and notifications.
- Browsing history. Which chord sheets you view while signed in, and when.
- Purchases. Processed by Stripe as described above, linked to your account.
- Usage. Google Analytics collects usage data through cookies.
2. Why we use it
To deliver what you bought or signed up for, provide support, process payments and keep records we are legally required to keep (such as tax and accounting records), prevent abuse, and understand how our products are used so we can improve them.
3. Who processes it
We use these service providers, each only for the purpose listed:

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and Japan.
4. How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as your license or account exists and as long as tax and accounting law requires. cord.land account data is kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the retention periods set by those providers.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing ivanhsu.ship@gmail.com. Some data, such as purchase records, may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
6. Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
