Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Capricorn SaaS LLC ("we", "us"). They apply to every product we operate and every purchase you make from us.

1. Our products

We currently operate:

• Threadspage — threadspage.com
• cord.land — cord.land

Some products have their own terms, such as a software license or a refund policy. For Threadspage, those are the Purchase and License Terms. Where a product's own terms differ from these Terms, the product's terms apply to that product.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. If you create an account, keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices and currency are shown at checkout before you pay, and charges appear on your card statement as "CAP. SAAS". You are responsible for any taxes your jurisdiction applies that are not included in the price.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by each product's own terms. Where a product's terms say nothing about refunds, digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, or interfere with or overload our services. You are responsible for the content you publish with our products.

6. Intellectual property

Our products, and everything we provide with them, are owned by Capricorn SaaS LLC or its licensors. You receive only the rights that a product's terms or license expressly grant. Content you create remains yours.

7. Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always on this page. Changes apply from their effective date and do not affect purchases made before it.
